The Clean Off-Road Equipment Voucher Incentive Project (CORE) is a $64 million voucher incentive project intended to encourage California off-road equipment users to purchase currently commercialized zero-emission off-road equipment through point-of-sale subsidization. There is no scrappage requirement and additional funding is available for charging and fueling infrastructure for equipment deployed by small businesses or disadvantaged communities.

CORE 2022 and 2023 were resounding successes, issuing nearly $30 million in secured funding vouchers for the Monarch MK-V tractor. Compared to last year, this year's funds are significantly lower, meaning they will run out much faster.

In addition to significant fuel savings, CORE allowed eligible farmers to expedite their return on investment through maintenance and reporting efficiencies all while enjoying the many other advantages that come with an MK-V tractor. As the MK-V's autonomy expands in markets, crop types, operations, and farmlands, these farmers are positioned for aggregated labor and environmental savings. Program funds are limited and will be allocated quickly! Only $20M in total funds available to the Agriculture + Construction sector.
Reserve now, pay later. Payment is due prior to delivery.
Keep your existing tractor. No need to retire or replace existing equipment.
A CORE voucher is estimated between $55K - $68K applied to the total price of a tractor depending on additional subsidies.

Vouchers are fulfilled directly from CORE to Monarch.
Incentive is for each tractor ordered. No limit on quantities.
200 hours average usage per year.

: CORE opening day is on August 13th, 2024. It is strongly recommended to submit applications to Monarch Tractor right away for the best chance to secure funds. We need signed commitments right away, as funding is limited. As soon as the maximum number of voucher commitments are signed, we will be unable to offer this program.
